Join us on PROGRAM DAYS for yoga on the grass or on the water, standup paddle or kayak tours and lessons!
On every Program Day, we will have group classes and tours as follows:
Start the weekend with a rejuvenating yoga on the grass by the beautiful marina. Enjoy a restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements. This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate and those working with injury or who prefer a softer approach to yoga.
Standup Paddle Boarding is a great way to exercise and enjoy nature at the same time. It strengthens your core and trains every muscle while you’re just having fun on the water.
If you have never done standup paddle boarding before, this is the perfect opportunity to try it in a safe and friendly environment. We will go over safety, demonstrate and practice different techniques for efficient paddling. All equipment is provided.
Explore the delta on a kayak! Let’s go around Brown Island or check out Spinner Island or Chips Island. They’re all just around the corner.
3:00 p.m. SUP TOUR
Explore the delta on a standup paddle board! Conditions permitting, we will go on a tour of the islands outside the marina, race across the river or go along the river bank, enjoying the view and observing wildlife.You must have basic paddle boarding skills to participate in this tour.
$30 per person, includes SUP rental.
5:00 p.m. SUP YOGA
Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are greatfor building better balance, coordination, endurance, and body strength. Move at a gentle pace as you quiet the mind and balance the body. Connect movement and breath to release tension in the muscles, free the joints and develop better balance and coordination.This class is suitable for all levels.
$35 per person, includes SUP rental.
