Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a versatile water sport that combines paddling, surfing and balancing. It is easy to learn and provides a great exercise for the core, upper body, and legs – it’s no surprise that stand up paddle boarding is one of the most popular outdoor activity amongst first-time participants.

There is a lot you can do with your SUP board. Big wave surfing the waves is the most technical form of SUPing but SUP boards are perfect for learning surfing and catching small waves too. SUP boards are longer and wider than traditional surf boards, they catch waves earlier and it’s much easier to stay on the board and on the wave.
